Severe ankle sprain?
I am 34 weeks pregnant and fell off a ladder on Thursday night (Feb. 12) that landed on my ass with the leg right below me, When I got to the bottom could not immediately be in it. I applied ice and elevated my foot at night. It was very swollen the next morning and today there are some black / purple / blue bruise around my ankle and the top of my foot, injuries to press and I've been using crutches. I move the foot up and down side to side a bit and you can move the toes. More even better in the bathtub! Wondering how long before it can walk? even with little pain and will have this baby before?
More than likely it's just a sprain because it has movement. A simple x-ray standing clear that all situation at any time. Even if you can show some ligament damage, but if you go for an x-ray TELL The radiographer you are pregnant! This is the only definitive way to answer your question.
